  Myself and daughter stayed over night we were greeted by a lovely lady, the room was light and airy with a lovely view, the shower was a bit tricky but we got there in the, we booked a table for dinner which was absolutely divine, my daughter is a bit fussy and the lovely lady went out of her way to give my daughter a sample of the dessert she had asked about, we had a lovely time and would definitely recommend it.
  Thank you for making us feel very welcome.

  My girlfriend and I booked to stay here over the weekend. We decided to call out of courtesy after three hours of travelling in the car from Surrey to say we'd be arriving late at 11pm. The lady we spoke to said "no, you need to be here before 10pm". Taken aback, we asked what we could do or whether a key could be left. "No". Her tone of voice was so dismissive and unhospitable, we were in total shock. She insisted 10pm was stated on the Agoda website (it is, but you have to click on "more" right at the bottom of the page under "useful info").
  
  I explained all we'd seen about check in times was on our confirmation email, which stated "check in from 5.00pm" with no cutoff time mentioned and offered to forward it to her. She responded with "I've got to go, bye".
  
  We obviousy weren't going to stay here and complained to Agoda who tried to get our money back from this "lovely" lady. The woman obviously refused but luckily Agoda were very good and seeing how distraught we were, and probably having had similar complaints, reimbursed us out of their own pocket after finding alternative accommodation.
  
  I then got a call at 10pm from the lady's husband (I assume it's her husband), who having had Agoda speak with him, called us in a very threatening tone to try and pick a fight. Unbelievable! Only book here if you are a masochist and enjoy this kind of treatment.
